This online course covered key leadership practices that underpin successful change and how to identify and communicate with key stakeholders throughout the process. We looked at understanding employee needs and the emotions of change, and building trust through the adoption of ethical practices. In addition, communication styles, building an effective dialogue and ensuring a successful ongoing implementation of change, were also explored.

Week 3: Sustaining change
  • Monitoring the implementation of change
  • Protecting the change from risks and threats
  • Sharing practical examples to address issues
